Prohibited conduct
You may not use Pingtree services to engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
- Sending deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized traffic
- Attempting unauthorized access, interference, scraping, or reverse engineering
- Uploading malware or content designed to degrade service security or availability
Data and user responsibilities
Customers are responsible for data quality, lawful basis for data processing, and compliance with consent, marketing, and consumer protection requirements applicable to their use case.
You must maintain account security and promptly report suspected abuse or compromise.
Enforcement
Pingtree may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, customers, or the public.
Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities where required.
